🔍 The investigation, which started in 2023, also included allegations of tax crimes, unlicensed banking and computer fraud. But the result? None of them turned out to be true! 🕵️‍♂️

📉 Following the collapse of FTX and the rapid decline of other crypto companies in the second half of 2022, there has been a general tightening of crypto-related activities this year.

🏛️ Bulgarian authorities said "no evidence of criminal activity was found" and added that the products offered by Nexo are not considered financial instruments.

🥳 Antoni Trechev, co-founder of Nexo, said: "The fact that the Bulgarian Prosecutor's Office dropped all charges against Nexo and its executives and confirmed that there was no crime, the attack on Nexo was political and should not have happened in the first place."
