At 14:50 on Stage B, Herbert will participate in a panel discussion titled “Hitting the Wall: Why L2 Scaling Solutions Don’t Scale” with Joshua Tobkin (Co-Founder and CEO of SupraOracles);
On November 7th at 09:00 AM on Stage B, Herbert will deliver a keynote and presentation titled “Bitcoin Layer 2” together with Paul.
