Golden Finance reported that Ark Invest/21 Shares submitted the third S-1 amendment of its spot Bitcoin ETF to the SEC. Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart said: "It looks like they are accepting the SEC's requirement to only allow cash creation and redemption (at least at the beginning)."
