🚀 Celestia announced that its Data Availability (DA) network is about to usher in its first upgrade, Shwap! Currently, celestia-node v0.18.2 has been successfully activated on Arabica and Mocha testnets. Shwap increases DA sampling speed by 12 times, reduces storage requirements by 16.5 times, supports larger blocks and smaller nodes. It is expected to enter the mainnet beta phase in November.
