According to ChainCatcher, the Ethereum second-layer network Kakarot team recently announced that its testnet has been successfully migrated to the Starknet Sepolia network. Developers need to redeploy smart contracts on the new testnet Kakarot Starknet Sepolia.

Kakarot is a verifiable EVM built on Starkware's STARK-friendly ZK-VM. It was developed by KKRT Labs and aims to accelerate the application of zero-knowledge proof technology in blockchain infrastructure such as Ethereum through the "STARKization" of EVM.
