Wu said that Arbitrum community member Joseph Schiarizzi (@CupoJoseph) has issued a governance proposal proposing to return 220 million ARB in the GCP (Game Catalysis Program) multi-signature wallet to the Arbitrum DAO treasury, leaving only 3.65M ARB for GCP to continue operating. The proposal points out that the GCP Council has not fulfilled its duties and has delayed the multiple oversight and transparency responsibilities it promised in the initial proposal. Previously, Arbitrum DAO authorized the allocation of 225 million ARB for GCP. Schiarizzi said that his proposal may not pass, but its purpose is to introduce a certain accountability mechanism for the $120 million ARB tokens that support GCP.
