According to Foresight News, NFT artist DeeKay tweeted that he suffered a wallet theft and lost all his funds. "My life savings and everything I've earned as a Web3 artist are gone. This happened on a 14-hour flight from South Korea to New York, and coincidentally, I had no Internet access during the flight. I don't know how it happened, but I guess the mnemonic was leaked. I synced a photo of my handwritten seed phrase (non-digital) to Google Drive, hidden in a random folder, but there was no sign of any suspicious login activity. This could also be a paper document leak, but I'm not sure. The strange thing is that only my funds were stolen, and all the NFTs were intact. I have started to transfer my NFTs to a new secure wallet. I have nothing now, and this may be the biggest challenge of my life. What I worry about most is that all my family members depend on me financially, so I need to recover as soon as possible and continue to support them."
