The victim who lost more than $35 million in a phishing attack this morning is suspected to be Lin Xiahong, co-founder of Continue Capital

PANews reported on October 11 that Lin Xiahong, co-founder of Continue Capital, posted on the X platform: "I accidentally revealed that I had not retired from the entertainment industry, and was forced to do charity work and made the headlines."

Combined with the phishing attack that Arkham marked as the address suspected to belong to Continue Fund this morning and lost more than 35 million US dollars, the victim is suspected to be Lin Xiahong, the co-founder of Continue Capital. The attack resulted in the theft of 15,079 fwDETH from his address, and then the hacker quickly cashed out through transactions, but due to insufficient liquidity, the value of the assets shrank significantly to about 5.5 million US dollars.
