According to ChainCatcher, BitMEX Research stated in its analysis of the HBO documentary about the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto that the “block space dispute” shown in the documentary includes Bitcoin.com co-founder Roger Ver’s criticism of former Bitcoin Core developer Peter Todd’s support for small blocks.
The former said in the leaked "John Dillion" email that the latter was working for a three-letter agency to implement the Replace By Fee program. But in the email, it was shown that John Dillion did not cooperate with intelligence personnel when dealing with Todd.
In response, BitMEX Research believes that the documentary is trying to turn this nonsense into evidence that Todd is Satoshi Nakamoto, even though it has nothing to do with Satoshi Nakamoto.
