A person familiar with the matter said that the company is looking for a successor, and former British Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond is the company's chairman. Tokarev helped founded the company in 2018. He remains a major shareholder in the company and will actively participate in the company's business. Last month, Copper founding partner and chief business officer Boris Bohrer-Bilowitzki resigned to become CEO of blockchain company Concordium.
