The company is looking for a successor, and former British Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond serves as chairman. Tokarev founded Copper in 2018 and remains a major shareholder and will actively participate in the business. Last month, founding partner and chief business officer Boris Bohrer-Bilowitzki and global revenue director Mike Milner also left to join Concordium.
