According to the RootData page, Diamante Net is a layer 1 blockchain that provides secure, transparent, scalable, fast and cost-effective transactions and decentralized applications (dApps). It was developed by Diamante to solve legacy issues in international trade, payments, cross-border fees, etc.

Diamante Net uses Sync-Bridge technology, a unique technology, to provide seamless interaction between decentralized and private ecosystems.
