Binance is shutting down its European Visa debit card in December
Mastercard ended its partnership with Binance in Latin America and Bahrain in September, likely due to the regulatory environment.

Binance accounts will not be affected by this. According to a letter Binance posted to customers online, the Binance card issuer, Finansinės paslaugos "Contis" or Contis Financial Services, will stop issuing the card. Contis is a Lithuanian electronic money institution and currency exchange operator owned by Solaris Group, a German banking-as-a-service platform operating in 30 European countries.
The Binance Visa debit card allows users to use crypto to pay for in-store and online purchases by converting the crypto in their Binance account into local currencies. The EEA includes all 27 European Union member states and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
