According to Techub News, The Block reported that Kroll Restructuring Administration, the management agency responsible for collecting votes from creditors on the FTX restructuring plan, disclosed the voting results, and more than 94% of FTX Dotcom customers agreed with the restructuring plan. The document shows that in the FTX US creditor category, about 89.1% (representing approximately $60.99 million in claims) of creditors who returned their ballots voted in favor. In addition, 95.88% of the "Dotcom Convenience" creditors (representing $223.59 million in claims) also voted in favor.
According to the FTX bankruptcy plan, about 98% of creditors will receive cash equivalent to at least 118% of the value of their claims. The confirmation hearing for the reorganization plan is scheduled for October 7.
