1. Ideals shine into reality
Sometimes I really admire some American technology giants, who are really good at technology iteration and innovation.
META was formerly Facebook. It was renamed Meta in October 2021, and focused on the metaverse and artificial intelligence AI fields! And now we have seen some preliminary scientific and technological achievements.
I didn't take the time to watch Meta's press conference a few days ago, but after reading some reports and the experience of various bigwigs, the latest AR glasses Orion really feel like ideals shine into reality. However, due to the current cost of a single pair of glasses as high as $10,000, it cannot be mass-produced. I believe that with technological innovation and product upgrades, ordinary people will soon have the opportunity to experience it.
2. Technology reflects value
META closed at $567.36 per share last night, and Zuckerberg's net worth exceeded 200 billion, ranking fourth on the rich list, second only to Elon Musk, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and French businessman Bernard Arnault.
The closing price last night was $567 per share, up more than 6 times from the low of about $88 per share in November 2022, with a market value of more than $1.4 trillion, making it one of the most valuable companies in the world.
