The sector rotation at the beginning of the bull market is the most brutal. The sectors that are in their turn will continue to rise, while those that are not in their turn or have passed the turn will not rise at all or will fall slightly.
The existing funds are in a crazy game. I estimate that it will take about a month for the full bull market to appear, because the incremental funds have not received the news of your return to the bull market.
