Twitter experiences first widespread outage since Musk took over

According to DownDetector, a website that monitors network conditions, Twitter had thousands of users down on Wednesday local time. As of 7:40 p.m. ET, more than 10,000 users reported problems accessing the social media site in the United States. Some Twitter users also reported that their Twitter notifications were not working.
