FTX Engineer Reveals $8 Billion Bugs, Lavish Spending, and Political Donations in Explosive Testimony Against Bankman-Fried.

Nishad Singh revealed in court that a coding error he helped create led to inaccurate accounting at FTX and Alameda Research, resulting in Alameda building a negative balance of $8 billion in customer funds. He also cited lavish spending by Bankman-Fried, including a $30 million penthouse in the Bahamas, as well as spending more than $1 billion on celebrity endorsements, real estate and parties. Singh felt "betrayed" and questioned Alameda's growing debt to Bankman-Fried. Despite his concerns, he processed political donations through his personal account at Wells Fargo, which involved a Signal chat about "Donation Processing" involving SBF's brother, Gabe, who is in charge of Guarding Against Pandemics (GAP).
