The Fed cut interest rates by 50 basis points, and has been dovish for 4 years. Does this mean that a bull market is coming?

At 2 a.m. Beijing time, the Fed officially started the interest rate cut cycle.

The Federal Funds Rate was cut by 50 basis points to 4.75%-5.00%, the first rate cut since March 2020.

Here I have to give you a shot of prevention: the bull market that everyone or most people in the market think is often not really bullish.

At the current node, whether it is the KOL of major platforms or various institutions, there are many or few views on the upcoming bull market.

I think everyone should not believe it easily, or use it as a basis for judgment of trading operations.

The market will not pay for everyone's emotions. There are many interpretations, and there are also empty views. It can be said that they are all farting.

The truth will only be reflected in the subsequent market. All you can do is to strictly implement it according to your own trading system.

Don't be affected by market sentiment and noise, causing deviation from the existing trading system.

Even if there is a big bull market in the future, there will be multiple interest rate cuts this year or in the future.

There is no need to be too fomo, calm down, patiently wait for the final bottoming period, and execute according to the trading system.

The bear market did not fall to the bottom in one day, and the bull market certainly did not rise to the top in one day.

We follow our own pace, make due preparations, and wait for the flowers to bloom!
