🔶BitKeep: User funds were stolen due to downloading an APK version hijacked by hackers

Web3 multi-chain wallet BitKeep announced that after preliminary investigation by the team, it is suspected that some APK package downloads were hijacked by hackers and installed packages with codes implanted by hackers. If user funds are stolen, the applications downloaded or updated by users may be hijacked unknown versions (unofficially released versions). Now out of caution for the security of user funds, if the user downloads the APK version, please transfer the funds to a wallet downloaded from other official stores. In addition, it is recommended to use a newly created wallet address. The address created by the user through the APK may be leaked to hackers. The BitKeep team stated that if assets are lost due to platform reasons, the BitKeep Security Fund will pay full compensation.
