CryptoPunk #6915, a rare Ape-themed NFT, sold for 620 Ether (approximately $1.48 million) on September 5th. This NFT is one of only 24 Ape-themed CryptoPunks, and features three different features: a hat, earrings, and an eye patch.

However, earlier this year, the NFT received bids between $5-6 million, meaning its value has fallen by 78%.

The community has reacted differently to the sale. Some found it strange that the owner would reject higher bids, while others said that this price was insane.
