2. According to BitMEXResearch, FTX co-founder Gary Wang said that the insurance fund amount issued by FTX is false and was generated by a random number generator. Stars Arena, an Avalanche social protocol similar to Friend Tech, tweeted that there is a major security vulnerability in the smart contract and is actively testing the issue, reminding users not to send any funds any money. 8. According to lookonchain, hackers HTX (formerly Huobi) just returned 4,999 ETH of stolen funds. On September 24, the HTX hot wallet was attacked and 5,000 ETH was hacked.
