Golden Finance reported that the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) released the second consultation document on the authorization of the EU Crypto Asset Market Act (MiCA). ESMA seeks input from stakeholders on five areas of MiCA, including sustainability indicators for distributed ledgers, internal disclosures, technical requirements for white papers, transaction transparency measures and record-keeping for cryptoasset service providers (CASPs).
