I didn't want to talk about Ton today, but many friends asked about it, so I decided to talk about it. I didn't want to talk about it because there are some differences between $Ton and #Telegram. Telegram is still a centralized chat application, and Ton is a decentralized network. Although Ton obtains users through Telegram, it does not mean that if the founder is arrested, Telegram will definitely be shut down, which will be a devastating blow to Ton.

In fact, I have been communicating with my friends about the issue of Ton for a long time recently. I also talked about this point of view in yesterday's Space. In addition to being listed on #Binance, Ton has become popular because two small games have been logged in to Binance. However, the games on Ton are still centralized point-based games based on dots, and they are not completely decentralized. So this incident may be a good thing, which can force Ton to take a further step on the decentralized network.

For Ton, the biggest advantage is to lead users from Web2 to Web3. As long as this road is not broken, the development of Ton will continue. This also gives many project parties a direction to see, including the DePin that I have been talking about, which is actually guiding users from Web2 to Web3.

I don’t really care about the price of Ton. I still hold Ton tokens because I think Ton still has its own advantages in terms of user penetration, which is something that many current Web3 applications cannot do.
