TechFlow reported that prosecutors filed documents on Wednesday showing that SBF will seize a Bombardier Global 5000 BD-700-1A11 and an Embraer Legacy EMB-135BJ. The two aircraft were purchased for $15.9 million and $12.5 million, respectively.

Starting around October 2021, TIA, a private jet charter operator in the Bahamas, began providing services to SBF and other FTX executives, employees, business partners, guests, family and friends, providing a total of more than US$15 million worth of private jet charter and other shipping services.

After purchasing the two private jets, FTX hoped to upgrade the aircraft, including "state-of-the-art WiFi and all-new interiors." But the upgrades were still in progress when FTX went bankrupt last November, so the two aircraft had never been used.
