Vitalik Buterin is considering changes to Ethereum staking

shared his opinion about adding certain protocols to the Ethereum code, rather than storing them on top of the blockchain. The protocols that Buterin discussed include the ERC-4337 account abstraction protocol, ZK-EVM, private mempools, code precompilations, and liquid staking. Buterin strongly advocated for “hardening” some protocols in the Ethereum code, such as ERC-4337, more than private mempools, although each of them represents its own oh “complex compromise” that will continue to develop. A well-known programmer in the crypto community also expressed concern about the concentration of liquid staking providers on Ethereum. Currently, the Lido pool controls more than 32% of the allocated ether, although altcoins are distributed among various validators. Buterin said that the two largest providers, Lido and Rocket Pool, have different risks, although they have some security mechanisms, although they are not reliable enough. Instead of relying on moral incentives to use a more diverse set of staking providers, Buterin is looking at changes to the Ethereum protocol to decentralize liquid rates.#ETH #BTC #BNB #Dogecoin #XRP
