(Important read) According to recent information, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) postponed the Ark Invest Spot Bitcoin ETF application to January 10, 2024. The SEC has not approved any spot Bitcoin ETFs to date.

Although some Members of Parliament in the USA recently wanted SEC Chairman Gary Gensler to approve spot Bitcoin ETFs, the SEC seems to have not backed down on the spot Bitcoin ETF again.
