Projects and Custom GPTs and other structured processes increased by 19 times within the year, and organizational reasoning token consumption increased by about 320 times. A survey shows that 75% of employees say AI improves speed or quality, saving an average of 40–60 minutes daily, with heavy users saving over 10 hours per week.
Technology, healthcare, and manufacturing are leading in growth; Australian, Brazilian, Dutch, and French enterprise customers increased by over 140% year-on-year. Leading-edge users and enterprises show significantly stronger usage intensity, with constraints shifting towards organizational implementation.
