#Мосбиржа creates an aggregator of digital financial assets trading platforms
Sergey Kharinov reported that the Moscow Exchange plans to create a single exchange operator that will consolidate the liquidity of digital financial assets and become a single entry point for their distribution. One of the main tasks is to increase turnover in the digital financial assets market. With the advent of such an aggregator, issuers will be able to choose a suitable platform, and the latter will be able to concentrate on their core business.
The Moscow Exchange will charge a commission for acting as an exchange operator, but the specific rate has not yet been determined; it will be announced later.
A representative of the Bank of Russia, who was present at the presentation, said that consolidation will help improve the convenience of investors' investments in digital financial assets.
Currently, the register of operators issuing digital financial assets includes Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, Eurofinance Mosnarbank, T-Bank, SPB Exchange, Atomize, Lighthouse, Masterchain, Tokeon, CFA Hub, as well as the National Settlement Depository (NSD), which is part of the Moscow Exchange Group. There are only two digital financial asset exchange operators: Moscow Exchange and SPB Exchange.
