On the weekly time frame, Bitcoin dominance is currently facing resistance at the 58%-57% area. BTC.D is rising towards the resistance following a trend line. Now it's at a decisive point.

If it breaks down off the trendline and starts to retrace, then we might see some relief rally on alts and possibly the start of the biggest ever bull run.

But if it breaks out of the resistance zone, then more pain for alts is still pending, and for some rally on alts, we might have to wait for the time till it breaks down and starts to retrace.
