Singapore's Monetary Authority Issues 9-Year Ban on Three Arrows Capital Founders
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has issued nine-year prohibition orders against Three Arrows Capital (3AC) founders Zhu Su and Kyle Davies for multiple securities law violations. The bans, effective since September 13, prohibit them from engaging in regulated financial activities within Singapore. This action comes after 3AC's collapse in July 2022, following regulatory scrutiny and alleged misconduct.
