Today, tech entrepreneur Elon Musk participated in the X Takeover podcast hosted by the Tesla Owners Silicon Valley account on Musk's X social media platform. Parts of this video were reposted on the same app by many active members of DOGE Army.

Elon Musk – CEO Tesla
On that podcast, Musk answered questions about his thoughts on Bitcoin currently as well as about YouTube videos where he talked about Bitcoin two years ago.
Musk does not promote Bitcoin, DOGE and cryptocurrencies
When asked to share his current view on the world's leading cryptocurrency, Musk thought “Bitcoin and maybe some other cryptocurrencies have value too.” The tech mogul admitted he has a soft spot for the original meme cryptocurrency Dogecoin because he likes “dogs and memes.”
However, Musk has made it clear he has no intention of promoting cryptocurrencies, of any kind. But, he added, the most he would do is do it “in a joking manner.” He also said that if anyone sees the video where he is pumping coins, it is a deepfake.
Perhaps some of the top Dogecoin Army accounts considered this statement a DOGE “joke ad” when they started reposting this Musk quote alongside memes, including parts of the animated film Lion King picture.
DOGE is the only cryptocurrency that Musk actually supports
The Tesla CEO remains a big fan of Dogecoin, as is clear from this podcast, even though he hasn't posted about it on X recently. However, Tesla and SpaceX continue to accept DOGE in their online stores for sales and Musk still plans to launch the Moon DOGE-1 mission.
Over the past few years, when Musk frequently tweeted about the dog coin, his tweets drove up the price of DOGE. However, later on the ability to influence prices weakened greatly. According to reports, last week, Elon Musk's X platform removed the icons for Bitcoin as well as other cryptocurrencies and they are no longer visible when you add a cryptocurrency hashtag.
