2442 BTC were transferred from CEX and other addresses to the "German Government" wallet in the early hours of this morning

Arkham data shows that between 2:18 and 4:22 this morning, a total of 2442 BTC were transferred from Kraken, Bitstamp, addresses starting with bc1q8pg, bc1qtk, bc1q7cva, bc1qvshz, and bc1qz6tn to the "German Government" wallet.
