Two former executives of mining company Northern Data have filed a lawsuit against the company. Northern Data is supported by Tether

In particular, Joshua Porter and Gulsen Kama claim that they were fired after they expressed concerns about the financial condition of the company.

They said Northern Data was on the verge of bankruptcy, evading millions of dollars in taxes and committing securities fraud.

In addition to mining, Northern Data also operates data centers for artificial intelligence.

Tether declined to comment on the legal issues of this case.
