Why not?
Then this person contacts me and tells me that, if I know about cryptography, I was already in several Telegram groups that talked about projects like Bitcoin, Etherum. Solana and I was processing information that seemed very valuable to me, especially at that time, although I was learning about the projects, what mattered to me was the price and how to do it quickly, you know who is not going to want to see their money growing exponentially, well If that happens, don't feel bad, if you are starting out like me 3 years ago, that's how it happens, then I come back to it and this person tells me that there is a way to work with Bitcoin to obtain high returns because it was booming and well, I got carried away.
They sent me a link and when I went to that web destination it was a page that looked very professional, it mentioned that every 24 hours you earn approximately 20 usd for having the money with them, can you believe it? That is, you make 140 usd in one week $560 per month with only 100 usd of investment, that is to say with 500 usd it was 2800 usd per month, in Latin America we know that this can be a lot of money for people who want to improve their lives, so invest the $500 to earn that?; I thought “I will recover the investment and continue generating” good business…. Now when I write this and see it in retrospect it makes me sad, I confess, but saying it is also for dear reader if you are faced with something like this and can choose not to do it, in this world of investments the real winner will be your patience, plan and approach to medium and long term, yes you win, but you don't win quickly in most cases.
So yes, I did it, I had already learned how to send bitcoins to wallets, well I made an account on that site, I transferred the Fiat money to bitcoin and sent it to a wallet that they gave me, and the money arrived, it's more in the The money was on the website and it began to be generated (of course it was just a screen) and a week later my $500 was worth $640 and I was more than happy, I had found a great site.
I told the person on Telegram and I even thanked him for giving me this opportunity, I was over the moon, what a good way to make money, I would recover the $500 and more….
Almost 22 days later I wanted to try to withdraw the 500 USD because at that time I had $440 USD of earnings, which would allow me to do so, withdraw the $500 USD the website said “withdraw whenever you want” and well why not believe it, in any case it seemed that everything was going well.
And then reality hit, the blow, the blow in the face... when I tried to do it while on the site, and I touched the withdrawal button, it told me that I should make the request through the internal Chat that was available, I did it like this And surprise, in order to withdraw the $500 USD I had to deposit another $500 for an administrative issue, when I asked where that said, they explained to me that this is how the platform works, something didn't seem right to me, although since I was very new it didn't make sense to me that I had to deposit more to withdraw; so I was alone and I had to solve it, so I started investigating and I started to see that those pages had no comments on sites about clients who used it, I looked for their address of residence and I didn't find anything either, what's more, it appeared on Google Maps in a shopping center but no coincidence.
I went back to the Telegram person and consulted him and then I realized he had scammed me, he told me "yes, of course, deposit and it works", I started to ask how it was possible, I told him that I didn't think that was the case and he stopped talking to me, I went back to ask and I no longer received a response, when I returned to the site to ask that I wanted to withdraw the $500 usd I no longer received a response except that I deposited another $500 usd.
I felt bad, I confess, it may be that $500 usd is not a lot for some and that is understandable, but for me it was something that I had put in with all the desire to win, but I also confess that I am very competitive and I went from frustration to “this is not It happens to me again” and I hope that on this journey some of this can be useful to you, I will tell you how I turned that personal message into something valuable and not give up despite not starting so well… Thank you for reading it and we move on.
