Banco del Tesoro decided not to wait for people to cross the door of a branch office. This weekend, it set up two simultaneous operations from its mobile T-move offices: one in the city of Valencia and another in Parish 23 de Enero in Caracas. The offer was not limited to opening accounts: there was delivery of Master Debit cards, products such as Tesoro Joven, Tesoro Gamers, and Amigos de las Mascotas, updating of data, and perhaps the most relevant for the ecosystem—activation of point-of-sale terminals for merchants and entrepreneurs.

The Banco del Tesoro set up two mobile offices at the Ciudad Traki Shopping Mall in Santa Teresa del Tuy, and over three days—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday—served a line where there were more children than adults. The star was not a credit product or a preferred rate: it was the Tesoro Joven account, aimed at boys and girls ages 9 to 17, along with themed debit cards such as Master Debit, Amigos de las Mascotas, and Tesoro Gamer.
The program, known as T-mueve, ¡Tu Banco sobre Ruedas! (T-move, Your Bank on Wheels!), aims to bring banking to where people are instead of waiting for people to come to the bank.
