FOMO hijacks your brain.

It makes you feel like "this is your last chance."

It makes you ignore red flags.

It makes you throw your entire plan out the window.

📍 THE CURE FOR FOMO

1️⃣ The 24-Hour Rule

See a pump? Wait 24 hours. No exceptions.

If it's still a good trade tomorrow... take it.

If not? You just saved your money.

2️⃣ Zoom Out

Look at the weekly chart.

That pump you're chasing? Probably just a small blip.

3️⃣ Ask Yourself

"Would I buy this if it was going DOWN 40% instead of up?"

If no... you're just chasing hype. Not investing.

The best trades feel uncomfortable.

Buying when everyone is crying? Hard. But profitable.

Buying when everyone is screaming? Easy. But expensive.

FOMO feels good in the moment.

But it costs you later.
