This double rejection is your signal. 🔰TOP VS BOTTOM: 🔴DOUBLE TOP (M-shaped) Forms after an uptrend. The price reaches a high, pulls back, and then reaches the same high again and fails. It looks like the letter M. A break below the central low confirms the bearish reversal. 🟢DOUBLE BOTTOM (W-shaped) Forms after a downtrend. GRAPHIC PATTERNS MASTERY COURSE: MODULE 2: REVERSAL PATTERNS | DAY 7

SHOULDERS AND HEAD:

The Classic Three-Peak Trend Reversal: a clear message. The uptrend is losing strength.

Welcome to Module 2. Now, we’ll learn to identify the reversal before most people do.

HOW IT FORMS: A shoulders-and-head pattern forms at the top of an uptrend.

It has three peaks: a higher central peak (the head) between two lower peaks (the shoulders). It signals that buyers are losing control.

THE FOUR PARTS:

1️⃣Left shoulder. The price rises and then pulls back. A normal uptrend up to this point.
2️⃣Head. The price reaches a higher high and then drops back to the same support.
3️⃣Right shoulder. The price rises again, but reaches a lower high. Weakness shows up.
4️⃣Neckline. The support that connects the lows. The break confirms the pattern.

HOW TO TRADE: THE THREE LEVELS:

▪️ENTRY: Sell when the price breaks and closes below the neckline, with volume.
▪️STOP: Place the stop above the right shoulder. If the price returns to that point, the pattern failed.
▪️TARGET: Measure the distance between the head and the neckline and project it downward from the breakout.

MEASURED MOVE: The height between the head and the neckline represents the expected drop after the neckline breaks.

Invert the projection at the low, and you’ll get the inverted head-and-shoulders, a bullish reversal.

DAY 7 KEY TAKEAWAYS → Three peaks, head higher than the shoulders → A break of the neckline confirms the pattern → The target equals the height between the head and the neckline → The inverted version is bullish Next:

Day 8 | Double Top and Double Bottom

🔄 Master the Pivot: Reversal Patterns You Need to Know! 🔄 Spotting a trend is great, but spotting the exact moment it flips is where the real magic happens! 🪄✨ Reversal patterns are the market's way of telling you that the current momentum is exhausted and a new move is brewing. Whether you're hunting for the bottom or protecting your profits at the top, these four patterns are your best friends. 📉 Bearish Reversals (The Top is In!) Double Top: Price hits a ceiling twice and fails to break through. When that "Neckline" snaps, it’s often time to look for the exit! 🛡️ Rising Wedge: Watch for price getting squeezed into a tight range while moving up. It looks bullish, but it's often a sign the buyers are running out of steam. ⚠️ 📈 Bullish Reversals (The Bounce is Coming!) Inverse Head and Shoulders: A classic "Left Shoulder, Head, Right Shoulder" setup at the bottom of a downtrend. A break above the neckline is a massive signal for a trend shift! 🚀 Falling Wedge: As price makes lower highs and lower lows in a narrowing wedge, the pressure builds for a huge upside breakout. 💎 💡 Pro Tip: Don't jump the gun! Always wait for a confirmed candle close beyond the neckline or trendline. Patience is the difference between a winning trade and a "fakeout." How many of these have you spotted on the charts this week?
