Venezuela’s oil industry continues to show signs of a slow but steady recovery, and that’s no small detail for anyone moving their money in the P2P market. According to OPEC’s latest monthly report, the country reported average production of 1,206,000 barrels per day (bpd) in September, just 5,000 barrels more than the previous month. It may not seem like much, but the trend remains steady: between July and September, output rose by just 6,000 bpd, although the third quarter averaged 1,202,000 bpd, about 35,000 bpd above the second quarter.
