The President of Guyana, Irfaan Ali, used his turn at the UN General Assembly to urge Venezuela to comply with the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruling next on the dispute over Esequibo—something, he said, must be done in accordance with the obligations imposed by the United Nations Charter.
