Today on HN, this title had me cracking up: 'Gmail thinks I'm stupid, so I left.' I mean, how much frustration does one have to feel to write something like that?
I clicked in, and sure enough, the author is fed up with all of Gmail's 'smart' features, like auto-sorting and smart replies, feeling like they're being treated like a noob. The author just rage-quit.
This post blew up on HN, racking up 711 upvotes, and there are 427 comments going wild below. Seems like there are plenty of folks who feel burned by 'smart' tech.
