New regulations surrounding the GENIUS Act are aimed at tightening which stablecoins are allowed to reach U.S. users.

According to the analysis, six ecosystems could benefit if legal stablecoins concentrate more heavily on these networks:

HYPE — Hyperliquid
ARB — Arbitrum
POL — Polygon
SOL — Solana
ETH — Ethereum
XRP — XRP Ledger

What’s interesting is that each chain’s reliance on stablecoins varies widely.

Hyperliquid has about $6.18B in stablecoins, of which USDC makes up 97.8%.
Arbitrum has $3.5B, with USDC accounting for 63.5%.
Solana has $15.33B, with USDC at 43.5%.
Ethereum is the largest, with roughly $146.57B in stablecoins, but USDT still represents 50.4%.

I think the story here isn’t simply “stablecoin regulation = token pump.” If the new law causes liquidity in legal stablecoins to concentrate among certain issuers and specific chains, then the infrastructure that receives and processes new stablecoins could be what benefits in the long run.

But the analysis also notes: there’s nothing guaranteeing these tokens will rise in price, and most of the list is still down sharply compared to a year ago.
