We cross-check our interpretation with external data and indicators, including Binance’s AI as a secondary reference.
Our goal isn’t to predict the price of a cryptocurrency.
We’re looking to detect the cycle’s evolution:
BTC → ETH → ALTCOINS → ALTSEASON
We’re rebuilding the behavior of the CIS since June 2026 and will publish its evolution transparently, showing what changes and why.

The producer price index was unchanged in July, coming in below what the market expected.
📉 A more moderate wholesale inflation figure could reduce pressure on the Federal Reserve and favor risk assets.
🏦 2. OCC — CRYPTO AND BANKING CONTINUE TO DRAW CLOSER
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency continues to move forward with requests related to national banks and services tied to digital assets.
This includes areas such as custody, payments, and stablecoins.
👉 For the crypto market, integration with the traditional financial system remains an important sign of institutional adoption.
🏛️ 3. SEC — CRYPTO REGULATORY FRAMEWORK MOVES FORWARD
As the legislative debate continues, the SEC is also advancing its own proposals and regulatory changes to provide greater clarity to the sector.
👉 The market still has several regulatory fronts open—not only the CLARITY Act.
🔎 What does the day leave us?

Regulation: 🟡 evolving
The market continues to receive signals of greater integration between crypto, banking, and the traditional financial system, while U.S. regulators keep defining the rules of the game.

🚨 BTC DOMINANCE HAS JUST DROPPED BELOW 59%
There’s a signal that is seriously starting to catch our attention. 👀
📉 BTC.D
59.45% → 59.36% → 59.21% → 59.07% → 59.01% → 58.99%
Today it has just lost the psychological 59% level.
And while BTC is losing part of its dominance...
🟢 ETH/BTC is regaining ground.
This still DOES NOT confirm an altseason.
But it does leave us with an important question:
🚨 IS ROTATION INTO ALTCOINS BEGINNING?
At CIS, we don’t try to guess the next move.
We continue tracking the relative strength of:
🔵 ETH
🔷 ADA
⚫ XRP
🟣 SOL
🔵 LINK
and its peers versus BTC to detect where the rotation is really starting.
Because there’s a huge difference between:
❌ “I think altcoins are going to rise.”
and
📊 “The data is starting to show that altcoins are gaining strength versus BTC.”
That’s the move we want to detect.
👀 If BTC.D keeps falling and ETH/BTC continues strengthening, the signal will become more and more interesting.
But if the structure flips, we’ll say that too.
