​Before opening a position, ask yourself these 5 questions:💛
​Do I have an exit plan (TP/SL)?
​I never enter a trade without knowing where I will take profit and at what point I will admit to a mistake to cut losses.
​What percentage of my capital am I risking?
​Rule 1-2%: Will a loss on this particular position ruin my portfolio?
​Is this FOMO or analysis?
​Am I buying because the price is rising quickly and I'm afraid of missing out, or because my indicator/chart has given a signal?
​Have I checked the economic calendar?
​Are there important data releases (e.g., inflation, FED decisions) coming up that could cause unnatural volatility?
​Do I accept that I could lose this?
​If losing this money would cause me panic or pain, it means the position is too large.
