“Zero2Hero” Builder
Zero2Hero is a six-month virtual program that serves as a one-stop shop to gain the skills, networks, and resources needed to advance your career. The program consists of three parts: a 6-week bootcamp, a 4-week hackathon, and a 6-week incubator. The program is open to all Web2 and Web3 developers who are passionate about innovation and eager to push the boundaries of technology.
The incubator portion of the Super Developer Series is designed to provide 360° support to developers who are building innovative products, with winners having the opportunity to win up to $50,000 in prizes.
The bootcamp portion of the series — a free course consisting of 40 hours of online lessons and assignments — will be taught in three languages: English, Chinese and Russian.

#BNBChain launches a new mentorship program for women in Web3, called Web3WonderWomen. This is an initiative that aims to empower and foster a community of young women in the Web3 ecosystem by providing guidance and education to Web3 founders as well as female students and recent graduates who are eager to make their mark in this exciting and fast-growing space.
The initiative will bring together experienced#Web3builders and community leaders to mentor the next generation of female leaders in the space, and consists of two dynamic programs: WWW Founders and WWW Learners. The former aims to mentor the next generation of female entrepreneurs and provide them with the tools and support they need to succeed in the industry, while the latter is dedicated to providing recent graduates and students with a comprehensive education in the world of Web3.
WWW Founders has partnered with Kirthiga Reddy, CEO and Co-founder of Virtualness, as the first mentor, with the program commencing on February 28, 2023. Kirthiga is a visionary leader with a strong track record in the tech industry, and she will provide valuable insights and guidance to the next generation of women entrepreneurs.
Additionally, the program includes a respected lineup of mentors, including some of the most influential and accomplished leaders in the Web3 space, who we will announce soon. BNB Chain Releases 2023 Technical Roadmap
BNB Chain released its 2023 technology roadmap. It mainly includes:
As the most actively used L1 blockchain (~1M DAU), BNB Chain is focused on mass adoption of infrastructure.
Scalability will be a long-term goal. BNB Chain will work with the Ethereum community to build the best performing EVM-compatible client for BSC, and it will also leverage emerging technologies such as ZKP and Optimistic Rollups and modular blockchains to provide cheaper, scalable and secure solutions for decentralized applications, targeting millions of users.
BNB Chain will take a more pragmatic approach and introduce a new storage network, BNB Greenfield, to solve the problem of data ownership and enable the data economy, such as personal data markets, user-generated content (UGC) exchanges, digital publishing, etc.
BNB Chain will continue to improve user experience, including introducing better cross-chain solutions, strengthening security through AvengerDAO 2.0, and building smart wallets with community partners through MPC and Account Abstract.
BNB Chain will not hold back on further decentralization, increasing the number of validators from 40 to 100 (slowly but surely).
