🤖 What happens if you take the trader out of their strategy?

Meet Mark 😎. He knows when to enter, how much to risk, and when to exit.

But yesterday, Mark missed a setup while he was on a call. The day before, he saw a signal but decided to wait. And after two losing trades, he skipped the next one – even though his strategy told him to take it.

That got Mark thinking: What the... What if part of his strategy doesn’t need him to execute it manually?

☝️ Mark has three options:

1️⃣ Trade manually. Mark places each trade himself. He can factor in context that’s hard to define in advance. But he can also get distracted or hesitate.

2️⃣ Get help from a program. It looks for the patterns Mark specifies; he makes the decision. A call won’t stop him from spotting a setup, but he still has to enter the trade himself.
