The number I’m watching today is ISM Manufacturing PMI.
🇺🇸 Forecast: 55.2
Previous: 55.6
That previous print was the strongest since May 2022, so today is less about “above or below 50” and more about whether that momentum is actually holding.
If we get 55.6+, the growth story gets stronger → USD/yields can push higher → more pressure on Gold.
If it slips below 55.2, the market has a reason to question that momentum → USD/yields can weaken → Gold can benefit.
And if it lands somewhere in between, I wouldn’t force a trade just because the number dropped.
The number is the headline.
The reaction is the trade.
I’ll be watching USD and yields first, then looking at $GOLD.US . 👀

If $0.175 breaks, the long setup is invalid and price could pull back toward $0.15.
I would not chase the current pump. Wait for confirmation and use low leverage.

Okay, the market really said: “Yesterday’s winners? Today’s liquidity.” 😂
$MAGMA is down 37%, while $4 , $ONG , PROM and BTR are all down around 18–20%.
Some of these were flying yesterday… now the chart looks like everyone suddenly remembered how to take profit. 😭
But I’m not blindly shorting every red candle. After a move this violent, a bounce can be just as aggressive.
