I interviewed Binance CEO He Yi. @heyi In this conversation, her expression was direct and clear: "Now is just the second step of the Long March." "You must learn to surf 5G, you must not let yourself become outdated." "Every generation has its own secrets to success; this year's secrets do not have gray hair." 2025 is approaching its end. This year, there were highlights and also regrets. Choosing to launch the third episode of "Crypto Call" at this moment is due to some insights from this year, in the dialogue with He Yi, which became particularly clear. An eight-year mindset of a builder, constantly answering questions and submitting papers. Perhaps this is the key to traversing bull and bear markets while maintaining competitiveness. The future of the crypto industry can never be accurately predicted. Next, it could be a year of quiet and stillness; it could also be the starting point of the next cycle. A vast world, full of opportunities. 2026 is coming, are you ready?

I have held Bitcoin for 10 years, and this Binance account is the same age as Binance itself. I registered in July 2017 when Binance launched. Today, I found a post from 2016 when I bought Bitcoin for over 524,649,986,103,000 RMB. At the end of that year, Trump was elected as the President of the United States for the first time, and the price of Bitcoin surged to over 7,000 RMB. I sold off more than half, making a profit of more than double. That was the time I sold the most Bitcoin. Low cost but unable to hold, the limitation of understanding is just the surface. The deeper reason is that Bitcoin has become a container for consuming imagination, carrying a future narrative far beyond my initial understanding. Observing the Bitcoin whales around me, most of them earn Bitcoin through work. The cost is not the fiat currency used to buy it, but the realization of abilities and resources. Therefore, the cost of fiat currency is original sin, and anchoring prices is a mental demon. The best way is to make your abilities and value become mining machines, directly exchanging labor value for Bitcoin. Without buying points or selling points, one can traverse bulls and bears and stand firm in the torrent of time.

Do any of you guys recognize the person next to me? 🤔

We’re totally screwed. September CPI came in hot across the board—doesn’t that mean prices are bound to drop again? Might as well take the week off. Where’s that rate-hike rally we were promised? 😂 Instead, rate-hike expectations have pushed Treasury yields even higher, and now crypto and US stocks are both getting hammered. When will the market finally digest all this?

So, if tonight's CPI data doesn't come in higher than expected, interest rate pressure should be limited, which would be positive for the crypto market.
If Anthropic's Q3 results released tonight look good, that could spark renewed excitement around AI, which would also be a plus for crypto.
Thinking about it, the overall outlook still seems fairly optimistic 😂

At last year’s awards ceremony, @heyi , the top female figure in the industry, gave the opening speech. Everyone was dressed very smartly. After all, this is the crypto world’s biggest, most formal, and most prestigious awards ceremony. This year, the focus has shifted noticeably, and the competition has become fiercer. A significant number of awards now favor live traders. When submitting a nomination, you need to provide your actual trading record. This also reflects the feature updates the Plaza has rolled out over the past year. Since live trading features launched, some trading stars on the Plaza have started to show what they can really do: Feng Ge @Asun , Aoying @god_of_trader_tony , Xingchen @btc7873 , and others... These are the traders who deserve everyone’s admiration. By contrast, those who rely on doctored screenshots and empty boasts to craft an image for themselves are finding less and less room to operate. Fortunately, the video-content field is a little less crowded. I hope I can take the stage again this year, and I’m also looking forward to learning from everyone at the event. After all, every trader who has achieved results through live trading has endured countless difficult nights. A single insight or call they share may be the product of countless days and nights of reviewing trades and hard-won experience. Whether they’re traders proving themselves through live trading or creators consistently sharing high-quality content, anyone who genuinely helps crypto users deserves to be seen.

After the controversy over his post, Brother Sun talked about how everyone had been teasing him for being too fat. At dinner, he told me the whole story and explained why he advocates the lean-muscle look. #孙宇晨

When I first started my X account last year, I opened a bottle of Conti in Hong Kong to thank the few brothers who followed me when I had no followers. It was a ’95, though, and had become a little volatile and quite sour. I shared it with the brothers at the square, too.

If you’re genuinely treating friends, but can’t afford a big-name Romanée-Conti, DRC’s other Grand Crus aren’t nearly as expensive. They’re all Romanée wines, taste pretty similar, and are just as good for showing off. You can buy them directly from JD.com, so you don’t have to worry about fakes: they’re delivered chilled the same day by JD’s premium service, with a temperature-controlled box included.

The guys looked incredibly sharp last year. This year, I’m looking forward to meeting even more friends. So many talented traders and content creators have emerged in the community, and I’ve had the chance to learn from you all!

“I met this incredible guy in his twenties who makes 20,000 or 30,000 a day trading crypto—sometimes even more.” “Come on, those people are the cream of the crop in crypto trading. They’re so young and successful. How could I ever do that?” “But that was you four years ago.” I came across a Douyin video posted by Wukong Finance, and it really moved me. The fire of youth is something you can never get back once it’s gone. Bad experiences can wear down a person’s edge. Once you lose it, you can’t even bring half your abilities and talent to the table, and it’s hard to get back to your peak. But there are also traders in crypto who have the ability and courage to reinvent themselves. Who’s truly born with extraordinary talent? In reality, it’s all about perseverance and continually improving yourself.

I’m dying laughing—let me show you what real Romanée-Conti looks like! You’d never serve this many bottles of grand cru Romanée-Conti to guests. Besides, your food isn’t worthy of these bottles 😂 You can fool yourself all you want, but you think you can fool the folks in the square too? Maybe others can’t tell, but I know my stuff 😂 These bottles in the picture are all for CZ. Brother Sun has come over for drinks, and even when hosting them, they didn’t serve grand cru Romanée-Conti from the same vintage. You think you’re even more impressive than CZ???.

Interviewing Brother Sun, just a few minutes packed in a lot of information. Sun Yuchen’s advice to young people: first, health comes first—lean muscle is the meta. Second, the “blond-hair theory”: be brave enough to be yourself and don’t worry about what others say. He also announced that his second book, “Sunology 2.0,” will be released soon, in the same format as the @CZ book release.

Time to rotate your holdings. The capital landscape has changed, and only a handful of coins have what it takes to rise. The crypto world doesn’t need so many tokens either. RootData reports that more than 400 projects have died completely. The only reason you think those doomed bags you’re holding can go up is that you’re already underwater. In past bull markets, altcoins only took off when Bitcoin’s overall dominance fell. That’s how it went in both 2017 and 2021. But this cycle, dominance has stayed between 50% and 60%. Since Bitcoin peaked in 2025, only 9 of the top 50 altcoins have outperformed $BTC. $UNI, $AAVE, $LINK, $ENA, and $TAO have outperformed Bitcoin over the past three months, with UNI and ENA standing out even more. The strong can still make new highs when they reach their peaks; the only thing left for junk projects is selling pressure. Transaction fees, lending, oracles, stablecoin yields, and AI computing power still fit the current narrative, at least. Many of these garbage altcoins will never get back on their feet.

What is patriotism? What is social cohesion? Not long ago, on September 18—a special day—the Chinese men’s basketball team lost to Japan by a wide margin, and they lost to Japan’s substitute lineup. At the same time, in an unnoticed corner, the Chinese men’s national football team’s performance surpassed the basketball team for the first time. This was the first time in 52 years. Economic, cultural, and sports attention are naturally interlinked. In the years when the economy was booming and everyone was looking forward to tomorrow, the Sports Weekly could sell hundreds of thousands of copies in a single week. Because Chinese football made it to the World Cup, and because Yao Ming entered the NBA. That sense of pride needs no further explanation. Recently I went to Vietnam. They were winning games then, and the whole country was celebrating—people spontaneously painted national flags on themselves. That joy was pure and from the heart. Compare that with us. In my memory there was also one such occasion—actually the only one: in 2001, when China’s national football team beat Oman and qualified for the World Cup. That day, the whole country was celebrating. Streets in Beijing were lively and buzzing; cars honked their horns all the way, and even Chang’an Avenue wasn’t controlled—anyone could toot their horn. How relaxed and open-minded that was. Such a scene was even bigger than the Olympic bid success. At that time I was still in primary school. I thought that when I grew up, I would definitely go and watch the national football team play in the World Cup on site. But up to today, it hasn’t happened. I do have the financial means now, but the national football team still can’t seem to get tough. If you can win at a high level on the big stage, the nation will naturally have confidence, the people will naturally come together, and society will naturally generate a sense of cohesion. This is hundreds of times better than making any number of “Wolf Warrior” films, or shouting as many brainwashing slogans like “still far ahead.”

Everyone is saying: $牛‘s chip structure isn’t good—retail holders’ float is messy, and it’s heavy with cars, so it definitely can’t be lifted up. The reference is $币安 life: after going live on spot, it went through a huge turnover, got washed out for a long time, and only later managed to run up to a market cap of 900 million. When that $WIF listed on Binance spot, it was also fully circulating—everyone had it, and it was heavy with cars—but within less than a month it still put out a several-fold move. After Meme goes live on spot, having tens of thousands of retail accounts hanging around is basically the norm. $牛 is a good target—purely native. If you’re confident, just hold tight, Don’t let a few sentences talk you out of your position and wash you out of the car.

“When expensive, discard as if it were filth; when cheap, acquire as if it were jewels.” When everyone is FOMO and anxious, and all are shouting that it will keep rising, do not be reluctant; follow your discipline and sell your profitable positions as if throwing away filth. When it has fallen badly and everyone in the group is cursing, at the time of “buying the dip to rescue positions,” buy the targets you previously liked as if they were jewels, all of them $AAVE $UNI Trade against emotions; then pullbacks within a trend will no longer be frightening, and will instead be exciting.

One Bull Market Signal: Outsiders “break in” and start shilling. In 2013, analyst Jan called out $BTC when it was $300, and 13 years later, for the first time, he made the same kind of call for $QNT. A single post racked up over 10 million views—$QNT’s price then surged straight from 120, exploding all the way up to a peak of 370. In the last cycle, besides Musk calling out DOGE, outsiders like Kim Kardashian and Bieber also began turning bullish on crypto. The significance isn’t how much one token pumped, or whether you got to profit from it—it’s that new attention has started to swivel toward the crypto space, and later, capital will follow. In short, this is a good thing.
