Bitcoin Whale Is Taking Profits Like Clockwork😆. Since 2022, this whale has been steadily DCA’ing into Bitcoin/WBTC and now seems to be doing the opposite during the uptrend ... selling into strength.
Since August 10, the wallet has deposited around $24.1M worth of $WBTC to Binance, selling along the way as BTC moved from roughly $62K to $79K. And about 9 hours ago, it appears to have dumped another 30.1 WBTC, worth around $2.37M.
Taking profits while the market is pumping… honestly, this strategy is hard to argue with.

Another $HYPE SELLER.. Multicoin Capital has apparently been steadily cashing out of its HYPE position since July 28. So far, the entity is suspected of selling around 1.725M HYPE, worth roughly $133M, with estimated profits of about $77.15M.
The average cost was around $32.32, while the average deposit price is roughly $77.03. The latest deposit happened just 9 hours ago, so the selling pressure is clearly still active.
Even after all those sales, Multicoin is still holding around 705.8K HYPE, currently worth roughly $60.33M. So they’ve taken a huge amount of profit off the table, but they’re definitely not fully out yet.

This WBTC Whale Has Been DCA’ing Since 2022… And Now It’s Taking Profits.
A whale that started accumulating $WBTC back in 2022 has now deposited a cumulative $21.73M worth of WBTC to Binance since August 10.
What’s interesting is how this whale built the position. Across four wallets, it started accumulating when BTC was below $20K, generally adding $20K–$30K at a time. It wasn’t a daily DCA ... more of a phased accumulation strategy over a very long period, so the exact overall cost basis is hard to calculate. But given the entry levels, the position is almost certainly sitting on a huge profit.

The most recent accumulation phase ran from November 2025 through April 2026, buying through the downtrend as WBTC dropped from around $92K to $66K. During that period, the whale accumulated 178 WBTC for about $13.05M, at an average price of roughly $73,286.
