According to Foresight News, court documents reveal that Elon Musk has asked former OpenAI board member Helen Toner to submit documents and communication records related to the decision to dismiss Sam Altman and reinstate him as CEO. Toner is required to submit the relevant information by May 21.
In a previous report by Foresight News, OpenAI stated in a document submitted to the Superior Court of San Francisco County, California, that there was no founding agreement between it and Musk, nor any agreement at all. The founding agreement was merely a fabrication by Musk.
